We would like to remind all golfers of on course etiquette. With the Courses as busy as they have ever been it is important all players comply with the etiquette outlined below. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to speak with one of the Customer Service Team:

  • Tee Times
    • Players must comply with their booked tee times;
    • Players found on course without bookings or starting from holes other than there booked starting hole may be issued suspension of their playing rights and /or a fine.
    • The Course reserves the right to adjust a players tee time prior to your booked time. You will be advised via email should you booked time change and every endeavour will be made to minimise any impact;
    • Those teeing off early in the morning cannot hit off when they are ready but should wait until their allocated time and only from the allocated hole (usually 1st tee). This is particularly important as our horticultural staff need the confidence, from an OH&S view, particularly on these dark winter mornings that no one will hit up on them while preparing the course. It also ensures an efficient maintenance program can be in place to allow the course continues to be presented in the best possible manner for your round;
    • To assist with tee time management you should check the tee time boards, behind the customer service counter, on the veranda behind the putting green and at the first tee on the South Course. This screens show all booked tees time live and let players know who they are playing with. This is especially important if a player is playing with someone they do not normally play with ie they are playing as a pair and another individual or pair is playing with them;
    • Anyone playing on the same tee time with customers other than those they booked with must remain together for all 18 holes, they cannot split their group into 2 pairs after the first hole or 2;
    • Each player on the South Course must have their own set of clubs;
    • No group on one tee time can be greater than 4 players.
  • Check In
    • All players must check in at the Pro Shop and tee off from the first tee unless specifically directed otherwise;
    • Holes must be played in the correct order from 1 to 18;
    • Each person must personally check in at the Pro Shop they cannot bring in other Season Pass Holder cards to check in a playing partner/s;
    • Telephone check ins are not allowed.

Players found on course without bookings or starting from holes other than there booked starting hole may be issued suspension of their playing rights and or receive a fine.
