There has been a lot of work going on to make the Courses at North Adelaide even better and safer for all.

You will have noticed significant works have been completed on the North Course. We are just waiting for the grass to grow in to open up the new layout. We are trialing a new grass on a couple of the new greens to make an even smoother putting experience similar to the South Course. If all goes to plan we could see upgrades to more greens over the next few years.

The works on the North Course are addressing some safety issues that have evolved due to the increasing popularity of golf. For the North Course user this means holes 5 and 14 have been slightly shortened. Holes 11 and 15 have been split in 2. The great news is you will no longer have to cross War Memorial Drive to play holes 7 & 8. Coaching will also no longer occur on the 14th once the new holes are fully opened.

On the South Course we have introduced a new tee on the 11th to assist with the carry as this has been an issue for some golfers. We will also commence works on rebuilding the 7th & 14th greens as well as some of the adjacent paths. This means while construction is underway, from mid October and the grow in times occur, the 15th will be played as 2 holes and the 7th will have a temporary green. We are excited to keep improving the courses and the fantastic greens such as the recently upgraded 1st and 11th are a testament to our course designer and Hort team putting out a great product.

We will also be carrying out some renovations to the course over the next couple of months, as is usual at this time of year. We appreciate your patience while the courses are undergoing these renovations which help ensure we can continue to provide you with the best possible experience no matter what the weather.
